Every order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse using StarTrack Premium Express — one of Australia's fastest courier services. Place your order before 2pm on a weekday and it generally ships the very same day.
Australian Delivery Rates
All Australian orders travel with StarTrack Premium Express — fast, reliable and fully web-tracked from our door to yours. A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Order before 2pm Monday–Friday and dispatch is generally same day. Sydney metro deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days; regional NSW and interstate can take a little longer. Bulky or heavy items (sex machines, some larger masturbators) may travel via StarTrack Road Freight instead, taking 2–6 days depending on where you are.

Signature on delivery
Because of the nature of our products, every order requires a signature at delivery — it confirms genuine receipt and protects both of us. Not home? A card is left and your parcel is held at the nearest post office or newsagency; bring ID matching the delivery address to collect.
Safe drop requests
Prefer the parcel left in a safe place? We can arrange it — but please note Sex Toys Sydney cannot be held liable for goods lost or stolen after a requested safe-drop delivery has been completed.

New Zealand Deliveries
We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post — fully tracked, and packed to exactly the same plain, discreet standard as every Australian order. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are generally dispatched the same day.

Important for NZ customers
By placing an order for New Zealand delivery, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
- You are responsible for any customs charges, duties or tariffs applicable in New Zealand
- If customs impound your goods, charges and costs will not be refunded
- If goods are returned to us, additional delivery fees apply to resend
- A signature may be required on delivery
If you are not on our international order list and attempt to place an order, we will refund your payment.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday generally leave our Sydney warehouse the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched the following Monday. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel ships.

Can I track my order?
Yes — every shipment is fully web-tracked. Use the tracking number from your dispatch email on the StarTrack or Australia Post website to follow your parcel door to door.
Will anyone know what's inside?
No. Plain unmarked packaging, no adult branding, generic sender name (STM Pty Ltd) and a discreet reference on your bank statement. We have never compromised on this — since 2002.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
